In line with the Central Bank of Oman’s directives, and in consideration of the impacts resulting from the recent weather conditions (Al Masarrat), a finance deferment option is available for directly affected customers, allowing deferment of up to two instalments on personal and micro & small enterprise financing; please visit your nearest branch to apply. Terms and conditions apply. To expedite your request, please submit your deferral request along with all required documents before the 15th of the month to be eligible for deferrals in the same month. Note: any deferral requests received on or after the 15th will be eligible for deferral the following month.
