- First marriage (Omani husband & Omani wife)
- Official proof of first marriage (Notary Public certification)
- Minimum salary: OMR 400
- Employer must be on Sohar Islamic's approved list
- Salary transfer to Sohar Islamic's is mandatory
Documents Required
- National ID of both husband and wife
- Salary certificate and transfer letter
- Official proof confirming of first marriage, certified by the Notary Public
- Wife bank account opened with Sohar Islamic
Terms and Conditions
- 0% Profit applies to the first 400 customers to apply at Sohar Islamic
- Marriage taken place within last 3 months
- Men are only eligible to apply for the Finance
- Salary to be transferred to Sohar Islamic
- The wife to open an account with Sohar Islamic
- Finance application as per regular banking terms and conditions
- No waivers applicable during Eid

The Marriage Finance is a special financing product designed to support Omani male customers only for their first marriage with easy repayment and 0% profit.
The maximum Finance amount is OMR 2,000.

The maximum repayment period is 24 months.
The customer must meet the below criteria:
- First marriage only
- Omani husband and Omani wife
- Minimum salary of OMR 400
- Employer must be on Sohar Islamic's approved list
- Salary must be transferred to Sohar Islamic
Customers must provide:
- Valid ID cards
- Salary certificate (if required)
- Official proof of first marriage certified by the Notary Public
- Any additional documents requested by the Bank
